[III, 7, 28/02/17] THE UNTIMELY. FROM NIETZSCHE TO USL'INATTUALE. DA NIETZSCHE A NOI

I will discuss the Unzeitgemaessheit of Nietzsche’s Unzeitgemässe Betrachtungen. I will do so, not by addressing the term or concept Unzeitgemaess, but by focusing instead on two other key concepts of the Unzeitgemässe Betrachtungen: the concepts of Betrachtung and Übertragung. Under the rubric ‘agonal Betrachtung’ I will present what I take to be the particular style of philosophical thought that characterizes the Unzeitgemässe Betrachtungen. Under the rubric of Übertragung, the response Nietzsche develops in these texts to their central problem: the crisis of German culture, and the ground of true culture and cultural identity. Both concepts, I shall argue, have their sources in Nietzsche’s understanding of ancient Greek culture.

In questo testo discuterò la Unzeitgemässheit (inattualità) delle Unzeitgemäesse Betrachtungen (Considerazioni inattuali) di Nietzsche. Lo farò, non affrontando il termine o il concetto di Unzeitgemäss (inattuale), ma concentrandomi, invece, su altri due concetti chiave delle Considerazioni inattuali: i concetti di Betrachtung (Considerazione) e di Übertragung (trasposizione/trasferimento). Con l’espressione ‘Betrachtung agonica’ (Considerazione agonica) indico quello che ritengo essere il particolare stile di pensiero filosofico che caratterizza le Considerazioni inattuali. Con il termine ‘Übertragung’ indico la risposta che Nietzsche sviluppa in questi testi, rispetto al loro problema centrale: la crisi della cultura tedesca, e il fondamento della vera cultura e dell’identità culturale. Entrambi i concetti, come cercherò di mostrare, hanno le loro fonti nella comprensione che Nietzsche ha dell’antica cultura greca.
