[III, 7, 28/02/17] THE UNTIMELY. FROM NIETZSCHE TO USL'INATTUALE. DA NIETZSCHE A NOI

During the Wintersemester 1938-1939 at the University of Freiburg Martin Heidegger held a Seminar on the Second Untimely Meditation, which had to be converted into a lecture due to the huge amount of students. As decided by the author, the manuscript had not be included in the collection of texts about Nietzsche first published in 1961 and it has been recently printed, along with the student’s and Hermann Heidegger’s notes, as 46th volume of the Heideggers Gesamtausgabe. Until now, it doesn’t seem to have gained a proper attention among the researchers. This article offers a presentation of the text, in order both to contribute to a further comprehension of Heidegger’s confrontation with Nietzsche, which is the context of the seminar itself, and to critically approach the heideggerian interpretation of Nietzsche’s and philosophy’s untimeliness.

Nel Semestre invernale del 1938-1939, Martin Heidegger tenne a Friburgo un seminario, divenuto poi lezione a causa dell’alto numero di partecipanti, interamente dedicato alla Seconda considerazione inattuale. Escluso per volere del filosofo dalla raccolta di testi su Nietzsche edita per la prima volta nel 1961, il testo manoscritto è stato pubblicato, insieme agli appunti degli studenti e di Hermann Heidegger, nel volume 46 della Heideggers Gesamtausgabe e non ha a tutt’oggi ricevuto la dovuta attenzione da parte della letteratura critica. La presentazione del testo heideggeriano che il presente articolo offre è funzionale a fornire un ulteriore contributo per la comprensione del confronto di Heidegger con Nietzsche, all’interno del quale lo stesso seminario è opportunamente inserito, e ad avanzare una riflessione critica sulla peculiare interpretazione dell’inattualità, nietzschiana e filosofica tout court, che dalla sua lettura emerge.
